There are cardboard boxes all over the place overflowing with picture-frames, clothes, and anything else that happens to be crowding around our closets or rooms. The walls are as barren and empty as I feel which causes any spoken word to echo and ring in our ears for a second or two. Every day, something new is being packed up and put away. Eventually, there won't be anyhting left except for the creases and marks in the carpet where furniture and my bed used to be. The outside will remain unchanged but the inside will be long gone and nothing will fill these walls. These walls were built to protect nothing. Everything that meant something is being taken away or is slowly being forced away.
And like these walls, I'll be left with nothing.

Adeu, Adeu, world. Toast high and celebrate for tonight she'll die.
